How to File a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Gameshaiti Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- How Gameshaiti Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each controls its own quotes, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Tell us too. Feedback on providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Gameshaiti Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@gameshaiti.buzz and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and the outcome you want
Our Next Steps
We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter. That may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
